Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the websites, forms, EIRA Advice, EIRA College Portal, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and WhatsApp Business messaging, Lead Inbox, and related digital services provided by EIRA Institute of Technology & Health Sciences. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable service.

1. Educational & Admissions Information

EIRA makes reasonable efforts to keep program, fee, schedule, affiliation, admissions, and career information accurate. Published information may change as programs, regulations, offers, schedules, or affiliations change. A website inquiry, pre-registration, social-messaging conversation, or AI response is not an offer of admission and does not guarantee eligibility, placement, certification, affiliation, scholarship, or employment.

Final admissions and official decisions are made by authorized EIRA staff after reviewing required information and documents. Where website information differs from a written official notice issued by authorized EIRA management, the official notice will control.

2. Your Information & Responsibilities

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and yours to provide. You must not impersonate another person, submit false documents, misuse another person's contact details, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to EIRA systems. Applicants and members are responsible for keeping their contact and account information reasonably current.

Portal credentials are personal. You must keep them confidential and promptly notify EIRA if you reasonably believe an account or device has been compromised.

3. Meta Messaging & Lead Communications

Communications with EIRA through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp Business may be received through Meta's messaging services and managed in the EIRA Lead Inbox. EIRA may connect the conversation to a pre-registration record, assign it to admissions staff, and reply through the same channel. Staff actions and outgoing replies may be recorded for accountability.

These messaging channels are intended for general inquiry and follow-up. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents. Availability, delivery, templates, opt-ins, and permitted response windows also depend on the relevant Meta service and policies.

4. AI-Assisted Services

EIRA may use artificial intelligence to provide career guidance, summarize information, suggest message replies, or send an authorized automatic reply. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, regulatory, or guaranteed admissions advice. Important decisions should be confirmed with authorized EIRA staff and the relevant regulator or professional.

EIRA does not rely solely on AI to make a final admission, academic, disciplinary, financial, or employment decision. EIRA may review, correct, limit, suspend, or disable AI-assisted features where needed.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use EIRA services to:

• Break the law, infringe another person's rights, harass others, or distribute harmful material
• Upload malware, probe security, bypass permissions, scrape restricted information, or disrupt service
• Send spam, fraudulent inquiries, misleading applications, or automated traffic without authorization
• Copy, alter, resell, or exploit portal content or institutional records without permission
• Use AI output to misrepresent an official EIRA decision or communication

EIRA may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, records, systems, or legal obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

EIRA's names, logos, website design, original text, educational materials, forms, software, and other content are owned by EIRA or used with permission. You may view or download public material for personal, non-commercial admissions or educational reference. Other reproduction, modification, publication, or commercial use requires prior written permission unless applicable law permits it.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

EIRA services may use or link to Meta, Google, Firebase, Formspree, analytics, hosting, storage, payment, mapping, messaging, and AI providers. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. EIRA is not responsible for third-party outages, independent content, or actions outside EIRA's reasonable control.

8. Privacy & Data Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how EIRA processes personal information, including Meta messaging and AI-assisted communications. Instructions for requesting deletion of Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp Business, lead, inquiry, or other personal information are available on the Data Deletion page.

9. Availability & Disclaimer

EIRA aims to keep its digital services available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be changed, maintained, restricted, or temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, public digital services are provided on an “as available” basis and EIRA is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by outages, third-party failures, unauthorized use, or reliance on unconfirmed information.

Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

EIRA may update these terms to reflect service, policy, operational, or legal changes. The revised date will be shown on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Questions or disputes should first be raised with EIRA using the contact details below so that the matter can be reviewed promptly.
