About the Role

EIRA Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal / Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing health sciences college. This is a leadership position that requires a unique blend of institutional management expertise, technological fluency, and an exceptional ability to connect with people. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the culture, efficiency, and reputation of the institute.

Key Responsibilities

  • College Operations Management: Oversee and manage all academic and administrative operations of the institute, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across departments
  • Computerization & Digital Systems: Lead and oversee the computerization of institutional processes, including student records, attendance, fee management, and communication systems
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty, students, parents, and visitors with a super-friendly, approachable, and professional communication style
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive working environment for all teaching and non-teaching staff, leading with humility and kindness
  • Clinical Training Oversight: Oversee and coordinate students' practical training placements at affiliated hospitals, clinics, and home-based care settings
  • Visitor & Parent Relations: Ensure every visitor and parent is greeted and assisted with warmth, professionalism, and care — representing the values of EIRA at every interaction
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as needed
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the management team on institutional growth strategies, new program development, and community engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in educational administration, institutional management, or a related leadership role
  • Excellent English language skills — strong spoken and written communication is essential
  • Technology enthusiast: Comfortable with modern technology, digital tools, and management software; passionate about leveraging technology to improve institutional efficiency
  • Humble, kind, and people-oriented: Must demonstrate a genuinely warm and respectful demeanor toward teachers, students, parents, and all visitors
  • Medical background or network preferred: Candidates with a background in healthcare, nursing, or allied health sciences — or a strong professional network in the medical field — will be given preference
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage teams effectively
  • Modern and progressive mindset: A forward-thinking individual who embraces innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation in education
