Healthcare is one of the strongest fields for female students in Pakistan because hospitals, BHUs, maternity wards, and private clinics actively prefer female staff for women's health work. Three of EIRA's programs are female-only by hiring market design — LHV, CMW, and predominantly CNA — and several others (MLT, B.Pharmacy, Physiotherapy) admit and place female graduates very effectively.

Matric with Biology unlocks every program at EIRA (LHV, CMW, CNA, MLT, OT, Dental, Physio, B.Pharmacy, Dispenser). Without biology you can still do CMW, CNA, MLT, OT, B.Pharmacy, and Dispenser — but LHV, Dental Technician, and Physiotherapy specifically require Matric with Biology.
For domestic salaries, B.Pharmacy graduates earn the highest mid-career (Rs 50,000–90,000+ as hospital pharmacists). For absolute earnings, CNA / CMW graduates working in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, or the Gulf earn 5–10x the Pakistani equivalent in PKR terms.
