Can I open my own medical store after B. Pharmacy?
Yes — B. Pharmacy is the standard qualification for opening a medical store in Pakistan. After PPC registration, you can either run your own store or be the licensed Category B Pharmacist for someone else's store (a common arrangement).
What is the B. Pharmacy fee at EIRA Rawalpindi?
B. Pharmacy admission fee is Rs 20,000 (one-time) and monthly fee is Rs 9,000. Punjab Pharmacy Council Lahore registration Rs 10,000 and examination Rs 9,500.
What is the eligibility for B. Pharmacy?

Is B. Pharmacy the same as Pharm-D?
No. Pharm-D is a 5-year university degree (Doctor of Pharmacy) — Category A pharmacist. B. Pharmacy is a 2-year diploma — Category B pharmacist. Both can run a medical store, but Pharm-D is required for hospital chief-pharmacist and senior industry roles.
How is B. Pharmacy different from Dispenser?
Both are 2-year programs. B. Pharmacy is Category B (full pharmacist license — can independently run a medical store). Dispenser trains for hospital/retail dispensing and can open a public health center after the certificate; a medical store still requires B. Pharmacy or Pharm-D.
